Order cancellations or changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.
After 24 hours, your order may already be processing or shipped, and we may not be able to modify or cancel it.

If your cancellation is approved within the 24-hour window, your refund will typically be processed within 10 business days.


⭐ Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return window for unused, unopened items in their original packaging.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused

  • Items must be in original packaging

  • Items must be approved by our customer support team before being sent back

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Used or worn items

  • Items damaged due to normal wear, misuse, or improper handling

  • Items returned without approval

  • Items returned outside the 30-day window

We reserve the right to apply a restocking fee of up to 25% for items returned without a valid reason or outside the acceptable condition requirements.

How to Start a Return

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds may take up to 40 business days to fully process depending on your financial institution

Refunds are issued in USD (U.S. Dollars). Any currency conversion fees or differences are the responsibility of the customer.

⭐ Damaged Items

We take care to package all items securely. An item is considered damaged if the product itself is physically broken or defective upon arrival.

Damaged packaging alone (dented box, creased mailer, etc.) is not considered product damage.

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Our team will determine eligibility for a free replacement

We do not refund or replace items damaged due to normal wear, misuse, or improper operation.
